New Hunting Member Application — 2026–2027

Thank you for your application for membership in the Edmond Sportsmen’s Club (ESC).

New member applications will be accepted beginning April 1, 2026 and continue until the Board of Directors determines that the available memberships are sold out.

Before your application will be considered, payment for the full amount of the membership or a signed Dues Payment Plan must accompany your application.

The membership term runs from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

REQUIRED ORIENTATION: A required orientation will be held at which time you will receive your membership cards, lease parking pass, and your access code to the booking website and maps for each lease. Orientation can be completed in person at an announced meeting date (usually set in August) or by online webinar held at a later scheduled date. If you do not complete the orientation you will not have access to the maps or be able to book a hunt.

Note: Both Quail and Deer passes may be used for Turkey. All unused guest passes will expire May 31, 2025.

The Board of Directors sets the limits of Associate Memberships the club will extend to the membership for any hunting season. If the Associate Membership is not available at the time of the application any fees collected will be refunded.

Optional Payment Plan — Edmond Sportsmen’s Club

The ESC Board of Directors is offering an optional payment plan for new members. If you desire to pay your membership using the payment plan, complete the following form and return it with your membership application.

The Club must have all funds deposited in the bank in order to pay for the lease package in a timely manner. This payment plan is for hunting membership dues only. If you desire guest passes you must pay for those separately outside of the Payment Plan. Guest Passes will be available throughout the hunting season and must be purchased through the website. You must allow 48–72 hours for the guest passes to be activated and show up on your account list.

If you accept the payment plan after April 1, 2024, all prior scheduled payments must be made up to get in sync with the payment schedule.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Applicant accepts this agreement for the sole and express purpose of availing himself/herself of the ESC Hunting Lease and by affixing his/her signature to this agreement, states that member has read, understands and consents that this agreement and ESC’s General Rules and Regulations therein represents the entire agreement between the parties.

In consideration for allowing me to become a Member of The Edmond Sportsmen’s Club (hereafter called ESC) which includes hunting of specified game on ESC’s Lease Land, I, the undersigned, agree to release ESC, its entire Board of Directors and Land Owners from all liability for injury and property damage to me, and family members, guests or associates connected with my membership, regardless of the nature, manner, or severity of any injury or property damage sustained.

Further, by affixing my signature below, I am affirmatively acknowledging the following:

That I have read this agreement, which includes and incorporates the ESC General Rules and Regulations.
That my use and others’ use of ESC properties may involve the use of guns, bows and fishing equipment.
That hunting and fishing are by nature dangerous and potentially hazardous sports which include inherent risks such as catastrophic injury, death, and property damage.
That property provided for use to members by the ESC and its land owners or tenants may have physical conditions, visible and/or hidden, that can be hazardous to my personal safety, the safety of family members, guests, and associates under my membership.
That I have been advised and am aware that ESC expressly reserves the right to amend its General Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion and that I am expected and obligated, as a condition of my membership, to read and comply with ESC’s General Rules and Regulations and any amendments.
That other than extending members the right to use property for hunting and fishing, ESC makes no additional promises or warranties as to the physical condition of the land and/or water on any property provided for member use.
That this agreement remains in effect as long as my membership remains active and does not require updating because a new membership year occurs.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
If you do not understand the foregoing agreement, please seek competent legal counsel for advice. Otherwise, by your signature below, it is presumed that you have read and understand the terms described herein.
